Sebelum ni saya ada buat resepi susu pekat guna orcs dan gula kelapa. Kalini saya buat resepi baru yang mana ianya versi sugar free, keto friendly dan sesuai untuk mereka yang ada diabetes

Saya lambat update dalam blog resepi ni. Dah lama buat sejak 2022 lagi.

Susu pekat homemade ni sangat mudah, cepat siap, dan bila campur dalam air takkan naik minyak pun

Resepi banyak di luar tapi yang saya buat dalam ni tak perlu masak atas dapur. Hanya perlu kisar sampai pekat.

Mudah sangat-sangat. Dalam tak sampai 5 minit dah selesai!

Jika nak buat versi dairy free, gantikan kepada butter vegan atau coconut oil, kemudian guna coconut milk powder

Kuantiti cukup untuk buat dua cawan air. Jika mahu buat kuantiti banyak, gandakan saja sukatan.

Jika dah biasa buat, tak perlu sukat-sukat dah. Campak-campak je bahan terus blend dan siap!

Keto Condensed Milk Ready In 5 Minutes Ingredients enough for 2 cups of milk drink: 17g unsalted pure butter/ghee 40g Coconut Milk Powder/whey protein isolate 10g Monk fruit sweetener Pinch of salt Pinch of vanilla powder (optional) 30g Water Blend it all and you’re ready to go. If not thick yet, add in more milk powder Chill in fridge, texture will extra thick if in fridge. This recipe can tweak as substitution for heavy cream/whipping cream in recipes. Ingredients

Scale
  • 17g unsalted pure butter
  • 40g coconut milk powder (boleh ganti whey protein isolate atau mana-mana milk powder yang pure tanpa campuran bahan pelik-pelik)
  • 10g monk fruit sweetener/allulose
  • Secubit garam
  • Secubit vanilla (pilihan)
  • 30g air

Instructions

  1. Masukkan kesemua bahan ke dalam mesin pengisar.
  2. Kisar hingga dapat tekstur pekat macam susu pekat
  3. Jika kurang pekat, tambah lagi kuantiti milk powder terpilih
